Microsoft Office includes products for business, home, and enterprises. To download and install the office products, you need to fulfill all the system requirements that are given below. Failing to meet these system requirements creates problems in the installation of the software.

Processor: 1.6 GHz or faster, 2-core
Memory: 4GB RAM; 2 GB RAM (32-bit)
Hard disk: 4.0 GB of available disk space
Browser: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox. 


Operating System: Office for Mac is supported on the three most recent versions of macOS.

To download your Office product, you need to purchase it first. So follow the below-given instructions for 
    1. First of all, open a web browser. 
    2. Then, go to It will open the home page of Microsoft Office. 
    3. After that, click on the “Get Office” tab. 
    4. Now, select For Home or For Business according to your needs and requirements. Then, click on the Buy Now button located below your product name. 
    5. On the next page, click on the “Checkout” button and proceed to the next step. 
    6. Then, the office login page appears on your screen. It will ask you to enter your email address and password. Hence, type your credentials and click on the Next button. But if you do not have an account, click on create an account and follow the on-screen instructions. 
    7. In the next window, you are required to choose your preferred payment method, for example, debit card, credit card, Paypal, etc.
    8. After that, enter your payment details i.e your card number, CVV, security number, etc carefully. 
    9. Now, review your order carefully. If you want to make any changes, do it right away. Otherwise, proceed to the next step. 
    10. After that, click on the Place Order button given there. Microsoft will send you an email for order confirmation after the purchase is completed. 
    11. Now, visit your office accounts page and view your order history and there you will find your product key. Use the product key to add your purchased product to the account.  
    12. To download the software, you need to click on the Install Office button which is located next to your product name. 
    13. Then, a  pop-up box appears, click on the Save button. 
    14. Again, click on the Install button
    15. The file will now start downloading and you have to wait until the process gets completed.
    16. Once the downloading process is completed, the file will automatically be saved in the Downloads folder. But if you want to save in some other folder, do it manually.
